Lieutenant Colonel Woto and Baron Milo exchanged glances and both laughed. “Oh, no, the brave men will not be blamed!”

Baron Milo waved his hand and said with a smile, “The City Hall will provide funds to equip the Sea Unicorn with a new Magic-powered Harpoon!”

Lieutenant Colonel Woto also took full responsibility, saying, “Such heroic actions should be commended; they did nothing wrong!
