Chapter 50: The Glass Cabinet

At noon, the Chen family treated their guests to a meal at a big hotel outside. After the meal, most of the guests left. The remaining, closer relatives went with the Chen family to the newly opened water park near Lutou Town to have some fun. They returned around four in the afternoon to prepare for the birthday party that would be held at home in the evening.

Because they had played in the water at the water park, most people’s clothes were wet. Chen Yonggui’s house had a solar water heater on the roof, and there was a bathroom on each floor.
