Chapter 31: Forgotten

Lü Yang never expected that the Main Quest of this Mysterious Domain was actually related to Sister Mei’s dead husband!

Looking around, Yi Yi was already gone. Lü Yang shouted her name several times, but there was no response.

Just then, some strange sounds suddenly came from the distance. The Black-Clad Person looked up towards the direction of the sounds, seeming very frightened. Then they turned and ran into the Black Mist, quickly disappearing from sight.

“Yi Yi…” Lü Yang saw Yi Yi kneel down and reach out to touch his face. Although he really wanted to say something to her, his consciousness was getting more and more blurry.

“You were lying here when Sister Mei and I arrived,” Xia Yan, who was using cloth strips to bind Lü Yang’s legs and stop the bleeding, answered for Sister Mei.

“Can you still walk? Let’s get out of here quickly…” Sister Mei asked Lü Yang.

“What happened to you just now? Who did this to you?” Sister Mei was unusually sad. Her husband died two years ago, and she always believed it was her fault, that her bad luck caused his death.
