“Dexter, I still think Charming Girl’s recovery speed is too fast. During her injury recovery period, did you feed her anything special?” Adelaide spoke again.

His visit today was not mainly about vegetables; it was because Charming Girl’s surprisingly fast recovery had caught his attention. Their work focused more on rescue efforts. Otherwise, like the Bear Kids, they could not have contacted Jenny and the others right after discovery.

“Her leg was broken, and the cast was just removed yesterday. When she’s not moving, she looks like a healthy horse, but she hasn’t passed the recovery period yet,” Liu Heming said with a smile.

“By the way, could Charming Girl’s fast recovery be related to the sweet potato vines she was fed?” Sasha chimed in from the side.

“Sweet potato vines?”

Adelaide, Janet, and Liu Heming repeated it together.

“Yes, Janet said the Finger Sweet Potato’s nutrients are special. Could its stems and leaves also have trace elements beyond normal levels? And that helped Charming Girl recover faster?” Sasha nodded.

Janet did not hesitate. She went straight to the car, took out a ziplock bag, and started putting the sweet potato vines inside.

Adelaide and the others did not idle either. They were more casual, just randomly putting some into their vehicle. Whether they were good or not, it was better to take some just in case.

“Speaking of which, this sweet potato is really unique, and its growth period is so short,” Janet said with a smile after finishing everything.

“I’m just hoping your side can finish all the tests quickly so I can officially sell these sweet potatoes,” Liu Heming said with a smile.

“Once the test results come out, everyone come over. No matter the outcome, I’ll still prepare a feast of Chinese delicacies. But let me know in advance so I can buy more ingredients.”

“Dexter, it’s a deal then. In university, Sasha and I were best friends, but we lost touch over the years because of work,” Janet said with a smile.

“That reminds me of something. The weather here is terrible. People from your Department of Agriculture came to investigate before but found nothing. Can’t you think of a way to improve the situation here? Montana is already considering auctioning off Xiangshui Town,” Liu Heming asked.

“The crops in your ranch seem to be growing quite well. I’m surprised they’re doing so good on such poor land.”
