“Good,” Tang Chen said. “I just want to ask you: does this building discriminate between the rich and the poor? Do you ignore and mock poor people who come to shop, while you’d practically kneel and lick the shoes of wealthy customers?”

The surrounding sales staff looked furious. This guy’s words were too offensive.

The supervisor was also a bit angry but held her temper. Instead, she said, “Sir, what you’re saying absolutely does not happen. Our building always upholds the principle that the customer is God, and we serve our customers sincerely. This is not something to joke about.”

“Joke? Do I look like I’m joking with you?” Tang Chen pointed at the salesgirl on the floor and said, “You say your building serves customers without discriminating between rich and poor, right? Thinking this, the supervisor shot a glare at the other sales staff, then said to Tang Chen, “Sir, I’m sorry. This is our building’s fault. I apologize on their behalf. I will investigate this matter thoroughly. From now on, I will personally assist you. Any clothes you like in our store today will be given to you for free. Is this resolution acceptable?”
