Tang Chen’s words, full of disdain and arrogance, stunned all the watching neighbors. They all looked at Tang Chen, wondering where this young man came from and how he could say such reckless words.
Yang Mi’s mother was also puzzled and said to her daughter, “Daughter, I saw you get out of his car. Is this young man your friend?”

Tang Chen curled his lips, walked over quickly, and said, “You idiot, Young Master isn’t trying to be a hero or anything. Young Master is protecting his own woman and his future mother-in-law. Why the hell are you bringing a bunch of little brats here to cause trouble? Do you want to die?”
When the watching neighbors heard this, they immediately understood. No wonder this young man stepped in—he was Yang Mi’s boyfriend. That explained everything.
Yang Mi’s mother frowned slightly and said to Yang Mi, “Daughter, what’s your boyfriend’s background? If he’s from a decent family, that’s one thing, but why does he have such a thuggish aura?”
Yang Mi also felt helpless about Tang Chen’s arrogance. This pervert, even if you don’t take these people seriously, at least care about your image. If you talk like that, what will my mom think of you?
Yang Mi defended Tang Chen, saying, “Mom, no, Tang Chen is my classmate. He’s not some small-time punk; he’s a good student.”

“That’s right. You’re just waiting to die! Making our Boss angry? Just wait to get beaten to death!” Yuwen Hang angrily shouted as well. This guy never missed a chance to suck up to his Boss.
Tang Chen had no patience for these delinquents who weren’t even real gangsters. You idiots, why not just be good students instead of trying to act like gangsters? Would real gangsters waste so much time talking? If they were Third Master Chen’s men, they probably wouldn’t say a word and just start fighting right away!
“Kid, scared yet? Let me tell you, we brothers carry weapons when we’re out here. If you keep acting tough, we’ll stab a few holes in you!” As he said this, the idiot pulled a switchblade from his pocket. He flicked his hair and pouted arrogantly, while Yuwen Hang and the others quickly pulled out their knives too.
The surrounding neighbors began to grow restless. To these ordinary folks, the fact that knives were involved meant things wouldn’t end peacefully today. Some even started quietly leaving, not wanting to get accidentally hurt if a fight broke out.
Although Yang Mi’s mother didn’t have a good first impression of Tang Chen, she didn’t want to see him get hurt after stepping in for them. She said to Yang Mi, “Daughter, quickly tell him to step aside so he doesn’t get hurt later!”
Yang Mi was no longer the timid, obedient girl who got scared at everything. Having seen Tang Chen fight before, she had confidence in him. Holding her mom, she said, “Mom, don’t worry. Tang Chen will be fine. He can handle this.”
Tang Chen yawned, feeling a bit bored, and said, “Are you idiots done talking? Damn, waving a fruit knife in front of Young Master and barking like dogs? Young Master isn’t even interested in fighting trash like you. I’ll just call the garbage collectors to deal with you!” As he said this, he took out his mobile phone and made a call.
“Screw you!” Yu Miao charged at him with his switchblade. Yang Mi’s mom and the neighbors all gasped in unison, “Be careful!”
But Tang Chen remained calm. He swiftly reached out with his right hand and grabbed Yu Miao’s wrist, then twisted it hard, breaking it. The switchblade fell to the ground. Tang Chen followed up with a heavy punch to Yu Miao’s face. The poor guy flew backward, nose bleeding, and crashed into Yuwen Hang. The two idiots fell to the ground together.
“Trash.” Tang Chen looked completely unfazed, as if nothing had happened. The call connected, and he said to the person on the other end, “Chen Laosan, where are you now?”
The person on the phone was none other than Third Master Chen. Third Master Chen was very excited because he had finally found three 18-year-old virgins and was about to go all out when his phone suddenly rang.
Damn it, Third Master Chen almost cursed out loud. But after seeing the number, his displeasure vanished instantly because it was Young Master Tang, his master.
“Young Master Tang, what are your orders?” Third Master Chen didn’t dare act tough in front of Tang Chen and spoke with fear and respect.
While coldly scanning A Cai and his group, Tang Chen casually said, “There’s a bunch of mad dogs causing trouble in front of my future mother-in-law. I don’t want to fight them and dirty my hands. You know what to do, right?”
“Yes, Young Master Tang. How dare they cause trouble in front of your mother-in-law? I’ll bring my men right away.” Third Master Chen angrily exclaimed. Whoever dared to mess with Young Master Tang simply didn’t want to live.
Tang Chen grunted in acknowledgment, then hung up the phone. He said to A Cai, “You really are a bunch of idiots. Why didn’t you attack me while I was on the phone? Young Master is so bored.”
A Cai almost spat blood. Damn it, could this guy be any more shameless? He was just stunned for a moment, and now this bastard was complaining that no one attacked him and that he was bored. What a jerk!
“Kid, do you think you’re some kind of hero? Making a call to summon gangsters? You’re just bluffing!” A Cai sneered, clearly not taking Tang Chen’s actions seriously. In his view, this kid was just trying to scare him.
Tang Chen just shrugged and said, “In that case, let’s wait five minutes. If my people don’t show up in five minutes, Young Master will let you do whatever you want with me. But if they do come, all of you will kneel and call me Grandpa!”
A Cai burst out laughing, and his underlings joined in. A few seconds later, A Cai sneered, “Kid, you’ve gone too far with your bluff. I’ll wait five minutes, and after that, I’m going to chop you into pieces!”
Tang Chen smiled without saying a word. Even if Chen Laosan and the others didn’t show up in five minutes, it wouldn’t matter. At most, he’d just handle it himself. What’s the difference?
If A Cai knew what Tang Chen was thinking, he’d probably be so infuriated by his shamelessness that he’d spit blood! A person really shouldn’t be this brazen.
The neighbors didn’t expect things to escalate to this point either. They whispered among themselves, and surprisingly, no one left anymore. After all, Chinese people are born with a love for watching drama.
Five minutes passed in a flash, but Third Master Chen still hadn’t appeared. A Cai laughed heartily, his face full of mockery, and said, “Kid, time’s up. The bluff is over. Prepare to die!”
The surrounding neighbors, including Yang Mi’s mom, all shook their heads and sighed. This young man really didn’t know his limits.
Tang Chen cursed Third Master Chen in his mind. This idiot always messes things up for Young Master, making me get looked down on. You’re dead!
Just as Tang Chen was about to take action himself, the roar of off-road vehicles was heard. Two off-road vehicles drove into the alley. The doors opened, and a man in his forties stepped out from the passenger seat. He wore a trench coat, had his left arm in a sling, and a scarf around his neck, looking just like some gangster from the movies. Who else could it be but Third Master Chen?
From the back of the off-road vehicles, over twenty gangsters armed with large knives got out. They exuded a menacing aura and looked like they were not to be trifled with.
A Cai and his little army began to tremble. Is this what real gangsters look like? There’s no comparison! Their presence alone was intimidating.
Everyone felt like their breathing had stopped. Were these people really called by Yang Mi’s boyfriend?
Third Master Chen’s actions soon answered their question. He walked up to Tang Chen, bowed respectfully, and said, “Young Master Tang, is it these idiots?”
