Chapter 157: Screw You Over
Chapter 157: Screw You Over
Liao Zhiyu felt utterly helpless. The brand-new Apple phone he just bought got smashed by this master, yet there was nothing he could do. After all, he was being held captive. If he angered this master, the man might just end him too.
A cold glare flashed through Tang Chen’s eyes as he spoke to the System in his mind: “System. Investigate Zhang Sanmou thoroughly for this Young Master. Just like how we dealt with that scumbag Qin Shousheng before. Dig up every single dirty deed he’s done.”
The System replied: “Honored Host, your methods grow increasingly ruthless these days. Truthfully, this one cannot decide if it shall bring fortune or ruin.”
Tang Chen’s face darkened as he snapped: “Stop sighing, dammit! You serve this Young Master. Just do what you’re told. Now hurry!”
The System dared not complain further. Silently, it began searching data within his consciousness. Tang Chen trusted the System’s abilities completely—they were practically flawless. If the System truly wanted to investigate Zhang Sanmou, it could probably uncover every ancestor down to his eighteenth generation.
After a moment, the System sighed in Tang Chen’s mind, almost humanlike. “Honored Host,” it reported, “this one’s investigation reveals Zhang Sanmou has committed many unethical acts. Please remain calm when you see this. Do not lose your temper too intensely.”
Tang Chen smirked arrogantly. “Relax. Do I look like someone who easily loses control?”
The System stayed silent. Ding! A notification sounded: “Ding! System begins transmitting data to Host’s mind. Transmission start. Ding! Data transmission complete.” Immediately after, dense lines of information materialized before Tang Chen’s eyes, detailing Zhang Sanmou’s darkest secrets.
“Huh.” Tang Chen began reading. The more he absorbed, the tighter his fist clenched. That old villain! Who knew he’d committed so many atrocities? This time, this Young Master will expose everything! I’ll make sure he loses everything!
Tang Chen always believed in fairness—if no one crossed him, he wouldn’t harm others. But since Zhang Sanmou dared target him, payback was due.
“Move! This Young Master will post it myself,” Tang Chen shoved Liao Zhiyu aside, took the computer chair, and demanded without turning: “What’s the username you use most on Tianya Forum? Spit it out.”
Liao Zhiyu was confused. Weren’t they supposed to lead a Weibo comment campaign? Why shift to Tianya?
“Answer Young Master Tang, you fool!” Third Master Chen roared, landing a sharp kick on Liao Zhiyu’s backside. Ignoring the Young Master? That’s asking for death!
After some flustered stammers, Liao Zhiyu gave both username and password. Tang Chen logged in—it was actually a famous ID! Scanning his post history, Tang Chen saw he mainly spread rumors. Like that huge scandal about Zhang Kaiwei and Li Shanfeng? This guy had posted it first on Tianya before it exploded onto Weibo!
“Perfect. Your ID is just right for my post. Chen Laosan—you and Chen Bolin tell these idiots to stop their Weibo commenting for now. Get all their Tianya accounts logged in. Tell them to wait to boost this Young Master’s post.” Tang Chen started typing. Third Master Chen grunted in agreement. Both immediately stopped the other spammers from commenting, ordering them onto their Tianya accounts instead.
Tang Chen narrowed his eyes, grinning darkly. His fingers flew across the keyboard. Sweat poured down Liao Zhiyu’s trembling back as he read the content. The further he read, the stronger his urge to die.
He couldn’t be posting this… Oh God, no! If this gets posted, I’m dead for sure!
“Done! Zhang Sanmou—this time, I’ll screw you over completely!” Tang Chen sneered coldly, hitting the spacebar. The post instantly went live. Standing up, he patted Liao Zhiyu’s shoulder. “Good job helping this Young Master. Excellent. The money I promised? You’ll get every cent. Now use all you and your friends’ accounts to boost this post. Third Master Chen—watch him. Anyone who stops? Throw them off the roof!”
“Yes, Young Master Tang!” Third Master Chen and Chen Bailin chorused. Tang Chen grinned, whistled, and walked off. Mission accomplished—no need to stay.
“Deaf?! Boost the post!” Third Master Chen lashed his belt across Liao Zhiyu’s back. He cried out, his body jerking in pain. Too afraid to resist, Liao Zhiyu stared bleakly at the post published under his ID. Gritting his teeth, he began logging into secondary accounts to boost it.
Meanwhile, Tianya Forum erupted. Why? Because of Tang Chen’s freshly posted thread. It contained a video, titled: That Disgusting Director’s Secret Rules.
The post read:
“We’re no strangers to showbiz’s dark secrets. Yet what I expose today concerns a powerful figure. I fear no blacklisting—I only seek truth. Director Zhang, well-known in the industry… His films won several Oscars. Praised by all, this respected Big Brother approaches sixty. But who would guess such esteem masks a vile beast? Since July 2013, he has pressured over twenty actresses into illicit relations. Worse? Most were forced. Words alone prove little. Luckily, this director had a habit of filming such encounters. Risking my life, I obtained one piece of footage. Watch it. Share it. Let justice find him.”
As mentioned earlier, Liao Zhiyu’s Tianya ID carried fame. So once posted, curious visitors flocked to see. After reading, they clicked the video. Immediately, obscene noises filled ears. Though the actress’ face was blurred, the man’s face was crystal clear.
“Holy sht! Isn’t that Zhang Sanmou, the big director?”
“Totally him! Reading the post felt familiar—now seeing the video? Confirmed!”
“Shows how we knew his face but not his heart. I admired him once. Now? Human garbage.”
“Hey, don’t insult garbage.”
“Good job, OP! Exposing this trash! Boost this! Actually—share to Weibo! Spread the word!”
“Agreed! I know a major Weibo blogger—The Married General. I’ll ask him to repost!”
Unaware of the gathering storm, Zhang Sanmou currently hurled everything breakable across his hospital room. That insolent brat! Defying him? He’ll hire more spammers—flood Junyue’s official Weibo!
Knock knock!
His Agent rushed in, panic-stricken. “Director! Bad news! You’re trending again!”
Zhang Sanmou laughed bitterly. “Must I always make headlines?! Whatever petty Weibo drama—just ignore it.”
The Agent shook her head anxiously, handing over her Mobile Phone. “No… You should see. A major Weibo influencer reposted a Tianya thread. Mass condemnations flood your Weibo. Journalists are swarming—I kept pushing them back!”
“What thread?” Zhang Sanmou grabbed the phone. Instantly, he nearly spat blood. The screen showed verified blogger ‘The Married General’ posting:
“Everyone. Fans. I’m furious. I just saw an explosive Tianya thread—over ten million shares! About a director secretly pressuring actresses. Normally, such filth has no place here. But after watching? I’ve lost all hope for showbiz. This director? Zhang Sanmou. Share this. Condemn his misconduct! Fight against these secrets!”
Forcing back rage, Zhang Sanmou clicked the video. Obscene moaning instantly assaulted his ears. His trembling hand dropped the phone. Staring blankly, he muttered: “Over… It’s over. How? Why? That secret video—I saved it on my computer! Only my computer!”
Why? How? Why was this private recording suddenly public?
Ring ring!
The fallen Mobile Phone rang. The Agent picked it up, answering wryly: “Director… Boss is calling.”
The Boss? Zhang Sanmou finally coughed up blood. Finished. He was surely packing his bags now.
