Chapter 94: Everyone Digs Sweet Potatoes Together

“Did you discover the little bears’ secret yesterday?” Robin leaned over and asked curiously.

He had wanted to ask in the morning, but Liu Heming got up too late and was busy with important matters, so Robin didn’t get a chance to speak up.

“They are just greedy bears, sneaking into the field to dig up sweet potatoes. So our task today is a bit heavy. The Finger Sweet Potatoes I planted have actually matured. We need to dig them all up today,” Liu Heming said with a laugh.

It seemed his guess was correct: each plant would produce five fruits. And this Finger Sweet Potato was somewhat special, sprouting from both ends, which meant that planting one sweet potato could yield ten Finger Sweet Potatoes.

Truly a product of the System, it was indeed high-quality yield. Although the total weight might not compare to regular sweet potatoes, proportionally speaking, it was not inferior at all.

“You two need to work hard, otherwise there will be no lunch, and you can’t sneak any Finger Sweet Potatoes.” Liu Heming called the two Bear Cubs over and spoke to them very seriously.

He had to be this serious; otherwise, the Bear Cubs would think he was playing with them. Given their appetite, no matter how good the sweet potato yield was, it wouldn’t be enough for them.

“Dad, what about me and Mom?” Alex asked impatiently from the side.

“You and Mom just need to play.” Liu Heming crouched down and said affectionately.

The sweet potato digging operation officially began. What surprised Liu Heming and Robin the most were the Bear Cubs. Even though they knew the two Bear Cubs were clever, they never expected them to become the main workforce in digging sweet potatoes.
