Chapter 10: New Task

Lü Yang let out a loud “Ah!” and threw the Eerie Computer onto the ground. His strange action clearly startled a few passersby. They looked over from a distance, and when they saw that Lü Yang had thrown away an iPad, they couldn’t help but stop in their tracks.

The broken Eerie Computer in the hand of the passerby who had picked it up suddenly vanished without a trace. But his expression didn’t change at all. He straightened up and immediately continued walking in his original direction, as if nothing had just happened.

Back at Sister Mei’s Duplex Apartment, three tons of river sand had already been delivered and were piled up downstairs. The Porter who had agreed on the price hadn’t brought his companions over yet. After greeting Sister Mei, Lü Yang changed into his work clothes, kept his head down, picked up his stone cutter, and continued cutting grooves in the wall.
